      Pros

      Had some changeover in management to bring about changes for the better. The newer senior management was better.

      Cons

      Small company trying to act like big company. Did not progress with time, kept doing the same things expecting different results, stuck in the 70s - 80s era.

      Pros

      Excellent people to work with (mostly) Ability to come and go from your work area as you please Able to eat/go bathroom and take a walk without issues Get multiple breaks throughout the day. Notice on Wednesday if you need to work 10 hrs or weekends

      Cons

      Favoritism Expected work 56 hours every other week Assembly only gets 10 hrs majority of time Managers act like politicians. Overworked easily
