My experience was fun while it lasted, but very poor ethics making it rather a disappointing, frustrating time.

Pros

When the manager tells you to "build, build, build" giving you thoughts of job security. Most of the people you work with not only do their job, but were some of the best that you had ever worked with.

Cons

Very poorly ran from the start and no change in site with worse conditions pending in the future leading to a lost cause.
