      Tons of training available online

      HOURS. It is expected to work a minimum of 60 hours per week including weekends (you will not be compensated). Expect an eventual commute, and if you're on larger projects the work will be remedial and repetitive. Growth can be immediate yet stagnant. It can take many years to work near your home or promote to a new higher positions. HIGHLY POLITICAL ATMOSPHERE!!! Cannot stress the last bit enough.

      Pros

      Senior Management is very transparent with everyone in the company. Senior management will engage with onsite staff frequently. Semi annual performance plan review. Great culture in the projects sites. The ESOP is great too

      Cons

      First couple of promotions are based on tenure, afterwards it leans more towards performance.
