      Great benefits and retirement packages

      Cons

      Not for anyone trying to have a family- they expect you to put work first and family second. If vice verse- then the ladder to a growth in career is cut short. They also look at investing and promoting the newly hired rather than investing on the people who'd actually put their time and devotion into the work and company.

      Pros

      Employee owned. If you are fresh out of school and don't have any experience or real world knowledge you can get promoted quickly (to quickly) but if all you care about is a title and $$ this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Young inexperienced kids at the helm. No valuable training. What used to make this company great is a thing of the past. Revenue has declined sharply, the top talent has gotten jaded and moved on to other companies. The Companies reputation is slowly going in the hole.

      Very smart and comitted people, it is hard to be the smartest one in the room. You are always learning something new and the company cares a lot about its employees. Huge opportunity for growth within the company.

      Cons

      Heavy load of work hours. Exposed to constant relocation.
