Pros
Active and willing people that share common goals and interest to complete work at a high degree. In your collaborative space you will begin to find people that have like ideals and other that have something your interested in. In this role you will be given scopes and you will have the voice to “create” scopes. Balance is key.
Cons
Not too many downsides. If there’s a problem understand what it is and what the contributors are and collaborate with a mentor or supervisor or HR. Be yourself and participate. In everything something will bother you, if it is not the way you want it; but the options allow you to create an environment that host your vision.
