      Pros

      - nice team members - flexible hours / hybrid working - general manager

      Cons

      - very hard to progress due to learn structure. -intense high workload. Long hours - not people focused. Lots of people suffering from burn out, they don’t care. - high turnover - poor high level leader. Not willing to invest but want it all. Hardly see them , not very relatable. - impossible to get full bonus due to unachievable bonus structure - HR pretty average and don’t really help.

      Pros

      A company that thinks every day about improving the well-being and safety of its employees. And among other things, it manages to continue its business.

      Cons

      It's a multinational, so the preconception that a multinational always does its own calculations and if they don't add up, cuts will be made to staff is always present. But I'm sure McCormick will be able to overturn this preconception.
