Cons
The recruitment and onboarding process feels disorganized. Hours aren’t explained clearly until orientation, and even after starting, it takes time to learn what the normal schedule looks like. Portal access has been delayed, leaving me unable to use several important systems even weeks into the job. The previous admin left very little behind to guide the transition, which has created confusion and left my role underutilized while leadership sorts out responsibilities.
