Great for experience gaining, flexible schedule, people on shop floor are friendly and want to help.
Cons
No options to progress in the department, promising there will be a senior role, no proper training, management exploiting people once they gain more experience, workload keeps getting busy, too many meetings to attend, too many actions, getting told off more if you do something wrong.
