      - Plenty of overtime to increase your annual salary. - Able to buy company stock. - Good benefits. - 401(k) match. - Paternity leave. - Yearly raises.

      Cons

      - Overtime is mandatory and often communicated during the start of the shift or during. - Difficult to advance or move up. The blue collar job applicants (production and warehouse techs) are usually overlooked when applying to lab or management positions. - Favoritism is common and often ignored. - Raises are usually 3% with the possibility of reaching 5% if the employee meets certain criteria. - Training to do the job(s) is thorough.
