Cons
The managers are corrupt The system is corrupt The performance reviews are intentionally set to a bell curve so that even high performers could be given low reviews because "it has to fit the curve" Management pulled legally dubious or egregious maneuvers that are meant as power plays Similar to above, IT management are more about power struggles and dynamics than working together Some managers openly talk negatively unprofessionally about others behind their backs and foster a negative culture Pay is awful for the work done You never will do enough, and they will always want more
