Pros

flexible schedule depends on the superviosrs. If no luck, you have to work all day long.. It really depends the supervisor

Cons

It is kinda of repeative. This is because the nature of the university is research. Be considerate, sometimes needs to be patient

Pros

McGill University is a world class research university. It has great facilities that motivate researchers to excel in their studies.

Cons

Can't find much to complain about. The pay could be better. A little less bureaucracy could help things move quickly.
