Excellent benefits and team, residual culture from RxSS days is waning as people leave.

Pros

Rich ecosystem of benefits (including APTO/unlimited PTO if under the RxSS/CoverMyMeds BU of McKesson in Overland Park).

Cons

Prior to the McKesson acquisition, the culture of what used to be RxSS was absolutely top notch. It has declined slowly over the last 4ish years as more and more employee attrition took place. I left last summer to stay at home with my baby and it didn't look much like the company I joined almost 4 years before that.
