Pros

Excellent Management Team Outstanding training and development program Lots of collaborative support Inclusive culture...lots of engagement teams

Cons

Low pay for CSR's who are liaisons for the sales reps and vendors. If you're going to invest in all the other areas to retain employees, the pay should reflect this. Difficult to obtain insurance and invest in 401k when employees are struggling to pay rent/mortgage, utilities, food, etc.
