Pros

Benefits, get flex time and pto immediately (with a catch it’s borrowed, you haven’t accrued it so if you quit they take your check)

Cons

Long hours, management doesn’t listen, the pay is now below the avg of the area, which during the hiring process they said it’d be above that.

Pros

You get a paycheck but it’s not always guaranteed. They hire and fire by the handfuls. You get no warning and are walked out like a criminal.

Cons

They preach an open communication with upper management but when you do they take offense and it is used against you. Other nurses bully you freely and with managers present and are never reprimanded. They continue to bully and harass other nurses and are protected by management. Those same nurses don’t meet their metric numbers and nothing is told to them to correct it, meanwhile other nurses are stressed to meet their daily quota and are threatened with termination. Don’t plan on getting sick because even with a doctors approval you are called to come back to work. The training is mediocre and they expect you to make your quota as soon as you’re trained. Every nurse does their own thing and there are no standards in documentation, assessments, interventions, care plans, etc.
