      Pros

      Generous Paid Time Off, fellow employees, location, amenities in the building, average salary is fine for healthcare (maybe not so great in Houston, where O&G rule), there is room to advance

      Cons

      Leadership team seems to care very little for anything but the bottom line. There doesn't appear to be much concern for patient care, although they preach it. Much more value placed on off-the-street candidates than internal ones. External hires tend to come in making more than the staff with tenure, which doesn't do much for the sense of team here. VP level leadership has no clear vision and it leaves the teams at odds with each other.

      Pros

      Small teams had great people. Folks liked helping each other out. The good managers were great to work for. Decent pay and decent benefits. Got to work from home a couple days a week.

      Cons

      McKesson put all their eggs in one basket for a product no one likes. The bread and butter money maker app was shelved and support was offshored. The good managers were let go and lots of folks lost their jobs. There is no future at McKesson.

      Pros

      Employees get along well and that is the only positive, they take it upon themselves to make the most of a poorly managed medical warehouse!

      Cons

      VERY BAD MANAGMENT! Un safe, exits blocked by pallets both with and without products, bad material handling equipment use with no reprimanding of those who commit the acts, poor HR department, there is never a solution, only a 1-800 number so corporate can resolve your issues, pay rate freezes, no bonuses because it's poorly ran and the warehouse is filthy, on the walls of the entire warehouse there is a quarter inch of dust that finds its way onto the product and the product is picked and shipped that way and the warehouse manager doesn't care, what a MEDICAL warehouse....
