Pros
Positive work culture initiatives, it does seem they are trying to affect positive change in terms of equality (race, gender etc)
Cons
One of the biggest downfalls at McKesson is their outdated benefits for maternity/paternity leave. They only offer a top up for the first 3 months of leave and will not continue to offer employer paid benefits after this time off. This is very different than most other large corporations in Canada and is very disappointing given they have a female CEO who is the mother of 3. The management is unfortunatley not positive for a lot of divisions and this greatly affects the enjoyment in the day to day for those reporting in. Some managers are much more relaxed, trusting and supportive where as others don't believe in trust, recognition, and learning the unique needs of those wo report into you.
