Large company with many career path options Great on working remotely Many good people to work with who are smart and know healthcare

Cons

Commission payouts. If its not a 'clean' deal i.e. revenue cannot be recognized right away, your payout of commissions could take between 1 and 3 years. Seriously. Even if the company gets their money within a year. Inefficient processes that lead to busy work... tracking the same thing in multiple places or formats for varying purposes. If you do not know the internal McKesson structure (who to contact), a career here can be very difficult.

The workers are good people. Medium to below salary range for some positions, decent benefits, good medical, okay 401k, making good strides to update technology, PCs, systems, servers, networks, data centers to get current

Cons

Too many projects, too many aggressive time frames to complete the projects. Makes achieving goals extremely hard / impossible and unrealistic. Will not hire appropiate man power to do the work nor reschedule project deadlines to complete projects within semi normal work schedule. Some divisions make people work 65+ hours/week, then tries to make that the standard work week.

Attractive products, good training and opportunties for advancement. Total compensation was fair, but the way the payouts were handled were not realistic.

Cons

No new advancement on the automation product and our accounts were removing them. very silo'ed organization, not much communication between different divisions
