Pros

The People. Opportunities and assets of a Fortune 15 Co. Having a positive impact on healthcare. Have made progress in employee engagement, internal communication, moving toward an accountability-based performance culture.

Cons

Decision making is very closely held at the top of house. Basis-point margins drive op. efficiency above creative strategic investments (and sustains a risk averse culture). Corporate is sometimes disconnected from the needs and pace of real life in the business. MTS side needs to step up, figure out viable GTM strategy...and execute.
