Pros
It has definite diversity with pay, benefits and culture.
Cons
With it being a federated model, some of the challenges are extreme and unnecessary. The lack of mandates does not help matters nor does all the various silos that are within the company. The extreme diversity with people while welcome needs to take more of a secondary focus and that attention turned on truly qualified individuals.
