      Pros

      Culture is amazing. Management really listens to the employees to make the work place better. I'm on an amazing team.

      Cons

      I do think the pay is a little on the lower side compared to the industry for similar roles.

      Some very terrible senior leaders

      Pros

      Many people are nice. The pay was pretty good. Great collaborative environment outside of MT.

      Cons

      IT leadership was terrible. Despite receiving excellent performance reviews every year I was told by my manager that his manager didn't think i was doing anything despite me being a team of 1 with little to no support. I was in the process of planning work for the upcoming quarters and fiscal year when i was told my work would be outsourced to a vendor.I tried to ask my senior management about their expectations of me but didn't get any feedback 1:1 were consistently cancelled and when we did meet they had nothing to add to the conversation. Was given just 2 weeks notice and expected to train my replacement who quit after just 1 day. This company waste so much money on fads and outside consulting firm who only deliver useless powerpoints.
