      Pros

      Instant vesting (although 3% 401k match is terrible... so hardly a benefit).

      Cons

      Unhappy people, terrible systems, and Crazy turnover driven by terrible and disrespecful mgmt. Irving, TX is the new HQ in waiting, but no one wants to work here. Finance dept is in shambles purely because Sr. Directors inability to manage effectively. All are from San Francisco, and exhibit extreme bias for their buddies and other SF folks. Terrible benefits for a Fortune 5 company. Layoffs on the way due to financial tailspin.

      There are so many I do not know where to begin! If you want an amazing opportunity with a company that is truly invested in you then this is the company for you! Benefits are amazing. Education reimbursement. Very competitive pay. Work from home option so you can raise your children and have a career! I cannot give enough good feedback to do this company justice! I see McKesson being one of the biggest leaders in business management for many years to come! I am thankful to have been granted the opportunity to work for such an amazing company!
