Pros

Good pay for a "no skills" job. Great benefits. If you are malleable and willing to turn a blind-eye to obvious ethical transgressions, there is a good chance that you can and will be plugged in to some level of the endless hierarchy of middle management.

Cons

You will have to absorb the personal indignity of being condescended to on a daily basis by some of the most incompetent people you will ever meet. It will amaze you that a company this large fails to notice how inept the assortment of mini-despots it has assigned distribution center management responsibilities to truly are. You will get to watch a true economic anomaly in terms of economies of scale, as a company actually becomes LESS efficient and LESS cost effective the larger it becomes!!!

Pros

Good pay if you politically align yourself with a manager who gives you a non-intellectual job. i.e. process person vs create something from nothing.

Cons

Classical pull the money to the top company. Layoffs were as predictable as a 5ft supermodel. Love people who don't question or challenge authority. Anti-american corporation. Very disrespectful of technical people from Engineering, Math, Science backgrounds. Sweat shop Engineers keep away from this company. You fit into a slot of empty career objectives just serving a 401k carrot. Make huge profits and just give the creative people breadcrumbs.
