Great benefits including health insurance, PTO, flex schedules, holidays, facility, company events, promotes charities.

Cons

Too bureaucratic with excessive time spent on politics and creating metrics instead of creating efficiencies. Alot of waste from poor communication and duplication of efforts within the organization. Impossible to advance within the organization.

Cons

They have a machine driven view, they manage employees as machines/robots. They keep a lot of tabs on you, constraints, restrictions. Management do not value employees, they only think about the metrics. They want to write you up for everything, no empathy, no recognition. Management does not know how to communicate with employees. If you work in a distribution center it's hard to move up within the company's hierarchy.

The location of The Woodlands office is great if you are located in North Houston. They did add a gym for cardio and lifting weights.

Cons

The majority of employees that are retained are completely dedicated to accumulating as much wealth as quickly as possible. Be very careful that you do not gain the world and lose your soul. No promotional opportunities. Directors work for bonuses while groups of employees resign. Directors have no reason to retain employees meaning that they are directing only themselves. Since I left, my health, financial situation, life work balance, and spiritual life has improved significantly.
