Pros

None due to the extremely toxic culture

Cons

Their motto is "the company comes before people" and they demonstrate this regularly through negativity, punishment, demotions, shaming and naughty lists.

Pros

I enjoyed working for them, the team was nice and my clients (95%) were all amazing. Good pay, insurance, and benefits.

Cons

Beware of high maintenance clients, I have multiple directors above me and a couple of them texted directly to the president which ended in my swift termination (no reason was given). Also, I was the only none white person on my team, and we were fewer than 10 in the whole divison.
