Pros

The pay rate was decent towards the end but the friendships made will last a lifetime.

Cons

The communication is non existent and the micro management is ridiculous. Nobody know what the other is doing and that leads to high turnover rates.

New management was brought in at the end of 2019. Rumors of layoffs began in 2020. Management attempted to quell them by telling employees "not to worry". Those rumors became reality and management did nothing to encourage anyone to stay. That began the mass exodus of many technology employees. Performing job duties became more difficult, as no one was being hired to replace the employees that left. Management seems to be under NDA's and cannot speak about it. All positions were being backfilled in Texas, and if anyone wanted to make a lateral move within the company, they were required to move, also.
