Pros

•Great benefits (once your not a contact employee but employed by McKesson) •Nice indoor gym, fitness classes, and kitchen has good option for lunch) •Large building and lots of different departments to move to

Cons

•Leadership is verbally ABUSIVE (lol I recall two names, Clint & Angie.. it been a while!) They make it known that they are above anyone else and the power that they think they hold. They will call you out at your desk in front of other employees and pull you into a small huddle room behind closed doors to yell at you and will not stop until they force tears out of you… the level of unprofessionalism was astronomical. HR is no help if you report it, it made things even worse, THEY SHOW THEM THE COMPLAINT YOU MADE SO THEY CAN CONFRONT YOU!!!!! These people are out to fire you ! •The work was inconsistent, I went into training a total of 7 times during the time I was there to relearn completely new programs/system & new medications we where going to service, my brain quite literally could not take it. And they did not take it easy on you if you had a hard time. •This company was designed to make employees fail! • There was no compassion for employees who had approved FMLA through both their doctor and HR. Management had a huge issue with you using your FMLA and would get in your business questioning what’s wrong with you and question the days that you’re taking and make you feel awful for having a sickness. •The pay $$ should be much higher for the amount of work and retraining your brain has to do. Oh and the unrealistic standards they want you to meet. •No bonus’s, rarely any overtime only for new medication launches, no recognition. •The building is SO big your brake is over by the time you get to even order anything from the cafeteria. (And you’re not allowed to bring it to your desk). •Bathrooms are also very far to walk to depending where your desk is. You get yelled at for doing your business they want you to run not walk to the bathroom(actually what my manager told me)

Still lots of favoritism, new pay plan doesn’t account for your tenure, benefits should be better
