Pros

Good health and wellness benefits. There are opportunities to work remotely. Some flexibility with hours. Middle managers who actually care about their teams.

Cons

Company has layoffs every year at the end of fiscal year in March. Some departments are sinking faster then the Titanic because of bad decisions made by upper management so they are having mass lay offs. Pay is lower than other companies. Raises are very minuscule...it's mainly a cost of living adjustment.
