Pros

Secure facility and sometimes free food during breaks.

Cons

I used to be a former employee. Please everyone avoid working for this company. You have to work there 5 years to move up in the company. Way too long to move up. Company just wants you to put your head down and work. No talking! No music allowed while working and I hope you have comfortable shoes because you will walk 15-20 miles depending on the workload. McKesson demands the utmost perfection while working. Also VERY STRICT attendance and never being late. Only good things are it's a secure facility and sometimes free food McKesson provides. Worst thing is that they have very high turnover. New people start every week and your work friends are gone. You do not know why. McKesson management keeps it secret. Made friends with the maintenance worker and was shocked at new people start every week and people no longer working there. Maintenance worker needs a raise too. McKesson management please be more lenient with the production goals and be more lenient with your attendance policy. Also please provide growth opportunities. Please everyone avoid working for McKesson. Wish you the best everyone. Take a screenshot of this review and share with everyone you know. McKesson likes to delete any negative reviews about them.

Pros

They have good PTO and time off. Health insurance was ok.

Cons

You have to be a yes man. Safety was not priority. If you speak up to try to make changes for the better, they went unheard. Frustrating toxic environment. Not a lot of growth opportunities in the warehouses. Culture went down hill too. No job security. Work overtime because management doesn’t know how to run efficiently. Force mandatory Saturdays to catch up on work. Poor management.

Pros

I think BT and the ELT really do mean to do the absolute best. They seem to care (as much as large corporations can) and I love some of the initiatives; like Your Day/Your Way.

Cons

The SLT (so those beyond BT and the ELT) are toxic. I've worked in a couple of different business units and the SLT are clueless. They do not meet any of the iCARE/iLEAD principals. They create a hostile, clique based team; that if you aren't in with them, then your options are limited.
