      - Immediate colleagues (people doing the actual work) are extremely supportive, intelligent and kind - Opportunities to learn current web technologies

      Cons

      - Unrealistic deadlines and micromanagement - Artificial stress imposed on every team, leading to complete burnout - Leadership is full of empty words and no accountability - Leadership prioritizes pushing features out way too fast instead of quality and stability - Waterfall development culture - Leadership does not consult with or listen to employees - Little to no back-filling of positions, but work demands continue to increase - Very little room for career growth - Entire division now 100% remote, but no home office assistance or utility/internet bill stipend available - Yearly pay increases of 1% or 2% don't come anywhere near keeping up with inflation
