There is zero communication from management. They do not care about what you have to say and will dismiss you if you try to schedule a time to talk or address any unethical concerns. They are not empathetic and make you feel replaceable. They will spring mandatory overtime on you LAST minute and DO NOT CARE if you have plans, kids, are sick or any other reason no matter what. ALL WHILE PREACHING EMPATHY and telling you that you must be empathetic They WILL look for reasons to fire you if you get on their bad side. Hard work is not appreciated or valued. The best employees are seeking employment elsewhere due to this. . FAVORITISM is huge. Favorites are not required to put in the same work. (You become a favorite by complimenting, always agreeing and gossiping) All of this eventually takes any passion, dedication and will for hard work out of you. It just becomes a place you come for a paycheck.

A few mis-steps on new Bonus structure, remote work but required to be located near a hub to promote and general changes in management make me question where we are heading.
