      Pros

      Medical benefits are great, especially the Vitality program

      Cons

      There are some great areas of McKesson and some that I would avoid like a 10 foot pole. There aren't any standard project management processes used and they aren't open to your ideas/suggestions. There is a lot of favoritism within some of the areas. I am currently looking - and there have been a lot of people who have left these past 6 months. We have had a lot of our customers leaving us for other companies as well.

      There are good people trying to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks core functional competencies, they have no vision beyond out of date buzz words, and are completely unable to commit to action or execute. Basic enterprise capabilities are non existent, 10yrs behind in tech. They acknowledge that they don’t invest in people, nor do they invest in technology. Miserable train wreck with brilliant and capable people leaving in droves - run off by very, very poor and frequently abusive leadership. Pay and benefits subpar.

      They play favorites an if your not a butt kisser than this isn’t for u they will try to get u out the building an managements just a joke lol workers have more knowledge than they do wouldn’t recommend if it was the only job available!
