Great Place to work but not Perfect

Pros

- Great location in Alpharetta w. Fitness and Cafeteria - Great Benefits - Adequate pay depending on Job title - Great work-life balance - Good Co-workers

Cons

- Healthcare IT is not Challenging - Don't expect much cutting edge Technology, many systems still use Delphi, MFC, C - Room for long-term growth very limited. Some managers have been here for 10+ in the same position - Upper management does not provide any feedback until it's too late, often little to no leadership
