Pros

It's a great atmosphere full of great people to work with. People there have fun and get great things done at the same time. It's fun when it can be and serious when it needs to be, which provided for a great work environment that you never minded coming into.

Cons

The pay was well below industry standards and the raises didn't get it anywhere very fast. The bonus and ESPP plans were a nice touch but the base salary left a lot to be desired and caused a lot of people to leave the company.
