      Pros

      It's not McKesson Provider Technologies (MPT), riddled with poor software development execution. Great views. Great people. Software engineering done right, as an energetic, organic, ever improving collaborative process. Everyone I work with was #1 where they came from... so you are surrounded by great energy.

      Cons

      Politics at higher levels on the business side. Dealing with healthcare customers (payors) is very taxing. The problem domain is complex, polluted, slow moving, and high risk.
