Pros
Good work/life balance. Heavy processes, but in general not so much stress. Would work for them again if I had chance.
Cons
Heavy processes. Lots of manual testing (for things that can be easily automated). Things move slowly. Probably the the right company if you are looking to retire somewhere. Ridiculous "I Care" moto....
