A fantastic office environment featuring clean, open workspaces, a coffee machine, a gym with a shower, an indoor basketball court, a rooftop golf area, and a cafeteria. Given the current challenges in the job market, it provides a job opportunity that supports survival.

Cons

Compensation was below market rate, and senior management often relied on a conservative style characterized by micromanagement. Pay varied depending on individual circumstances, and I did not observe a supportive or generous leadership approach, especially regarding mentorship and guidance.
