Pros
Some really talented people work there, especially in engineering. Flexible schedule. Nice office.
Cons
Project management is non existent; asking anyone on the project team the schedule or budget leads to blank stares. Long hours without paid OT. Way too many non-valuable meetings. Bonus is non existent. Too many job titles. Incredibly segmented. Don’t trust management. Too much philanthropy; not enough focus on actually doing projects with excellence.
