      Pros

      Great coworkers, everyone seems to really care about the work that they do and take personal accountability for it.

      Cons

      Most people work lots of overtime, and it seems like we are often short staffed on projects. Management takes on more projects than we can really handle at times. Also, there is a definite lack of training and mentoring for new employees.
