      New, key leaders are bringing the company from a stodgy “mom & pop” operation to a high performing, profitable enterprise. Significant market opportunity to grow in many area. Excellent work life balance, company culture and people who actually care about there work. Lots of opportunities for high performers...

      Cons

      Still remains pockets of old-school, “this is how we have always done it” ... Opportunities for advancement highly depend on which group you are part of... Lack of accountability to poor performance still a problems in some areas (although it is being addressed).
