Pros

Excellent health care benefits and salaries are descent. People that work here for the most part are good to work with.

Cons

Field Management Services (F.M.S.) corporate team are suave in their approach and eloquent when they speak, but they are wolves in sheep's clothing. They claim they put their people first per our core beliefs but, that's far from the truth. Our HR dept.are totally biased and they do not represent us well, so don't even bother complaining as management has them in their pocket. I can say with certainty that once one is handed the keys to the facilities you will not see any upper management folks at your site, so you will be on your own in an island. Why you ask? It's because they keep getting new contracts and can't sustain what they already have. It's called biting more than what you can chew! It's all about the money which is our bottom line not us. CORPORATE GREED!
