Great culture. abundance of growth opportunities. Highly dependent on the energy and skill set of young "up and comers". McK has many active divisions in the construction industry, so the business never slows down. Weekly basketball and sports in the "in house" gym. Competitive pay.

Cons

Too many meetings. A lot of document control processes are not put in place.
