      Pros

      Great freedom to self-direct and work with others to explore new ideas. Company allows you to make mistakes and learn from them as you grow.

      Cons

      History of over-reaching on services offered leading to high stress delivery model to meet expectations and keep business lines connected.

      Pros

      Very smart, industry-leading business model - integrated services and delivery. Awesome CEO! Great people - smart, committed, very hard working. Uber-cool environment at Seattle hdqtrs - gym, deli, driving range (...!!!) Committment to maintaining and enriching the culture as company grows and matures.

      Cons

      Tolerance of silos and siloed-behavior prevent full execution of strong business model. Lack of standards and accountability result in inconsistent project execution; unpredictable margins. Measurement and rewards don't reinforce strategic or tactical priorities. Company struggles to embrace the organizational sophistication necessary for growth while preserving the best aspects of entreprenurial zeal.

      Pros

      Excellent employer and a great environment. I have worked at companies that are big, small, start-up and established, public and private. McKinstry is by far the greatest place I've ever worked. As a woman I feel very respected and supported in a very diverse work enviornment. The company puts a lot of energy into hiring top talent and spends a lot of time refining ways in which to keep their top talent engaged.

      Communication could be streamlined a bit better.
