Pros

Incredible Denver office with a priority for people. The company has incredible ethics and really emphasizes safety. They make an effort to put people first with flexible accommodations on almost any request and community alliances for people with the same experiences (veterans, women in workforce, etc). Very much a family-feeling office environment. McKinstry is also employee-owned, resulting in amazing benefits and health insurance.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as other companies in the industry, and bonuses depend on company performance which can sometimes be underwhelming.
