Pros

McKinstry as a whole is a very good company. Kind, passionate, well intentioned people. Pay is generally aligned with industry standard (with the exception of commissions for sales).

Cons

The insurance is a huge pain to navigate. It's good, but prepare to spend about 5-10 hours a month just trying to get it to pay out. It's a big company, so it can be difficult to advance your career unless you really want to play the politics game. As with any job, the most important part of your success is going to hinge on your supervisor and if they support you. Unfortunately, the commission structure is bonkers for account executives - they designed it so you'll have to wait many years to see the full payout, and similar firms have a much clearer path to success. It felt like they just kept moving the finish line, and I got tired of that really fast (a little over 2 years).
