Chaos, Low Pay, and Zero Support—Avoid at All Costs
Pros
There are some great people to work with, and the hybrid schedule can be convenient—though depending on the location, they may require you to be in the office more often.
Cons
I wouldn’t touch this company with a ten-foot pole!!! Internally, it’s super inefficient and confusing. Their training is nonexistent, at least in sales, and as a company that focuses on sustainability, they do not follow through on their actions. - Lack of management - Sales commission is WAY below what was mentioned when I joined - They are in the stone ages when it comes to technology—they barely use Salesforce and have no other platforms for sales besides Excel and Word documents - They still physically print out paper for customers to sign in some cases instead of using DocuSign or another digital alternative - Lack of direction, with people in all sorts of departments giving their input and telling you what to do - High turnover; I think 5–6 people left within a year in my region - High tension between different departments, and some don’t work well together - Leadership has been there for 20+ years and does not take kindly to change or implement improvements—especially in tech—and when they do, it takes years - Overall, this place is stuck in the past with no clear direction or accountability. If you value growth, structure, or innovation, look elsewhere. - PTO is below indutry average and if you take time off people give you a hrad time
