Pros

Nice facility Some good people A good place to start but only until something better comes along. They haven't been winning government contracts so tax dollars have not been wasted.

Cons

Just gives lip service to ethics--all talk with no action. Poor customer service--a customer is only a "cash cow" as far as MAT is concerned CEO is out of touch-still has a 20th century approach to business. He surrounds himself with "yes" men. Management is top heavy with drones that bring no value added.

Cons

Everything; management, ethics, poor pay, company before people and you must worship the leader Drayton or be fired if you don't. Pitiful customer service, horrible pay, no room for expansion and demands far above and beyond what you get in return. Unethical and morally broke as a company.

Pros

Beautiful buildings, always clean and well kept. I appreciate the business attire dress code, we are all professionals and it is nice to see everyone dressed as such. Very supportive of training and learning opportunities.

Cons

Very top heavy, there are managers who have no one under them, but are in high positions to justify pay rate. COO micro manages to an extreme and does not seem to trust those he has placed in higher level positions. Very male oriented, only 1 female in a high level position.
