Pros

The Team I worked with was great. The benefits were pretty are to beat too. Fairly fun, social and younger group of people.

Cons

Many VPs and upper management were not very respectful to their employees. No woman execs, and I don't see the glass ceiling breaking any time soon.

Pros

MAT is a great place to work at and grow with. A person who starts with them and has good performance/work ethic will be given the chance to grow. The management trys its best to be positive and the different sections of the company work well together.

Cons

MAT for the most part produces software on contract and not by producing its own products. Your longevity will ride mostly with the contract you are on. Most of their contracts are based on legacy systems that are slowly being defunded. A long term career is not likely unless they get some fresh contracts for newer applications.
