Pros

Flexible work schedules, average PTO.

Cons

Law pay, no raises, expensive healthcare, no education benefits, company keeps a tight leash on their contracts. Low balls job offers and hiring unqualified personnel to fill positions. High turn over rate for these reasons.

Pros

The team that I work with is one of the best technical expertise I've seen in a while. They are committed to their work and have great communication.

Cons

The Admin and HR parts of the company seem to not understand what the technical people do and tend to lowball salaries and benefit packages. It's a great way to make people feel under valued.
