Very friendly HR Department. but the longevity of this company is suspect!

Pros

High paying overseas assignments available in Kuwait and Afghanistan. If you were in the Army with anyone in the company they will probably find a job for you in spite of you not having any qualifications other than formerly being in service.

Cons

This company has made progress in recent years toward getting rid of the fluff management. Also they have made progress with their flagship product SAMS-E. However... it is slated to be replaced in short months. Heard of GCSS-A ? It is replacing SAMS-E. Mclane will need to further diversify to survive.

Pros

The Team I worked with was great. The benefits were pretty are to beat too. Fairly fun, social and younger group of people.

Cons

Many VPs and upper management were not very respectful to their employees. No woman execs, and I don't see the glass ceiling breaking any time soon.

Pros

The people there were very nice. There were many talented and intelligent people there. The work environment is very positive.

Cons

The internship was poorly organized. Very little attention was given to making it a fulfilling learning experience. There were a couple of bad apples that I felt were incompetent and should not be working professionally.
