No training was provided whatsoever and was hired to do a job I had never done before. Felt like working at a high school were everyone compared their job to what you're doing and would always go behind your back to tell management. Most of the people were hired because of referrals (resumes + applications were pulled specifically if you knew someone) making it harder for people that were truly qualified. If was almost impossible to talk you management as they never trusted your input or what you had to say about something because they always went with what 'people with more seniority' had to say. Even though in HR most information needs to remain confidential, that was not the case... everyone was in everybody's business and it was just plain uncomfortable and toxis.

Horrible place .. if you don’t have family good job for you been here 5 years and this place has been getting worse every year..this year is absolutely ridiculous. Work 18/20 hours a day 5 days a week !!!! And then they expect you to be on time and come in on a random Saturday (only day off ) ..they don’t care what life you have outside of here you only going to have a couple hours to get family time handle business get some sleep shower and be fresh ready to slave again.. you put time in and they will deny it . But when you call out for that reason you get a write up.. not to mention you just worked 80+hours that week .. the whole warehouse (vets/and temps ) is looking for a better job who cares and gives them a better work /home balance.
